Raynaud's Disease

Raynaud’s Disease is a problem involving the circulation of blood to extremities. It is aggravated by exposure to the cold and the fingers/toes become pale or bluish.

Migraine sufferers with Raynaud’s must be extremely careful with vasoconstricting and other medications used to treat migraine. A physician’s guidance is very important.

Biofeedback techniques which train the patient to improve circulation to their extremities may be helpful.
