03 Jan Vincent Martin, M.D. Talks to Patient about Debilitating Migraine
Jena Satchell has been living with migraine disease for at least 12 years. When her migraine attacks began, the disease was crippling. Migraine affected her quality of life and her ability to function as a wife, a mother, and an executive at her company.
For years, Satchell lived with her migraine disease undiagnosed. Then, once they were properly diagnosed, she spent more time finding the right treatment. However, she has found therapies that are right for her and her quality of life has improved considerably.
Satchell still gets headaches, but she no longer considers them debilitating.
In this interview with her doctor, Vincent Martin, MD, Satchell discusses her journey from being properly diagnosed to finding the right treatment to her understanding of triggers.
