Over the past year, the National Headache Foundation has worked tirelessly to support education, advocacy, research, and awareness for migraine and headache disorders. We reached untapped communities in 2022 through our Primary Care Migraine (PCM) educational initiative, the Certificate of Added Qualification in Headache Medicine (AQH), Operation Brainstorm, Migraine University, and the NHF podcast.

In 2023, will be making WorkMigraine available at no cost to the public. WorkMigraine is the most comprehensive set of resources on how employees and employers can reduce or control the impact of migraine and headache disorders. We will also serve as a resource for employees and employers navigating federal laws such as the FLMA and ADA. The NHF’s Optimization of Care Standards for Primary Care will greatly impact patient treatment. We will build on the success of the Seven Second Freeze Challenge in creating awareness by once again challenging the public to bring the discussion of migraine and headache disorders to the forefront. We will also launch campaigns on PBS and the radio to enhance those discussions. Our many accomplishments in 2022 would not have been possible without your generous support. As we ring in 2023, we ask that you support our continued efforts by donating to the NHF. Every dollar raised will make a dramatic and positive difference for the 42 million people living with migraine and headache disorders.

Wishing you a very happy and healthy New Year!
