The legacy of Dr. Seymour Diamond, a pioneer in headache medicine, April 15, 1925 – Oct. 11, 2019

When Dr. Seymour Diamond started exclusively treating headache in 1972 he could count on one hand the number of physicians throughout the U.S. just focusing on treating this disorder. He went through a great deal of frustration and difficulty forming the National Headache Foundation. However, there are now two thousand different headache clinics that are active. The NHF has helped to make headache a serious disorder.
