Robb Discovered His Migraine Trigger
My migraines stopped immediately when I started drinking eight glasses of water per day, and I haven’t had a migraine attack since. I found on my own, after 20 years of nausea, vomiting, splitting headaches, and expensive but effective prescription drugs (the tradeoff for headache relief was feeling like a zombie for two days), that I was suffering all along from dehydration.
It’s outrageous that no doctor was able to mention the possibility of it, but my personal migraine trigger was dehydration all along.
