What motivates you to do this weekly podcast on top of your personal health, family, and work responsibilities?

I am getting to bring support, inspiration, and valuable information to people out there like me who have experienced migraine or other chronic headache disorders (possibly) most of their lives. I know that there are people listening who must be incredibly strong to even get out of bed each day because of this debilitating condition, let alone perform at work and be there for their families. I am motivated to host ‘Heads UP’ because I can bring them information to improve the course of their pain and empower them in their lives.

The ‘Heads UP’ podcast can be found on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Overcast, or wherever you get your podcasts. Our video version of Heads UP is available on our website, YouTube, and on our Facebook page.
