I had my 1st migraine when I was 19 years old…by the time I was in my 50’s i was getting about 2-3 per week and then in my 60’s they became chronic and had them 4-5 per week. The migraines seemed to be triggered by food…I would get a migraine if I ate anything other than eggs, toast, decaf coffee, American cheese, chicken, apples, lettuce, olive oil and cabbage…I was down to 95 pounds!! My doctor prescribed Vistaril for nausea when I was 73 and I noticed the migraines were improving. Today at the age of 77 I get only about 1 per month but the good news is I can eat anything and I now weight 120 pounds!
